Kunzle Cakes, When doing my National Service in 1953 our leave coach used to stop at an all night cafe on the A5 on the way back to camp. there were many decortioned Kunzles to chose from. Bring them back, they were great.

I remember the Kunzle cake, every sunday, after church, my parents would take us to a restaurant over the road and we would have one and I remember them with great fondness, as did my sisters.
I believe Sarah Kennedy, the radio 2 early morning presenter tried to start a campaign to introduce them back to our shops. I believe Waitrose did for a time, but they were quite expensive. I personally would have bought the whole shop full, no matter what price, had I have known they were selling them.
A recipe would do for now!!!
BRING THEM BACK, FOR MY DAUGHTER’S SAKE SO I CAN TEACH HER THE ART OF A FINE CAKE!
