I have just stumbled across your site while doing a search for Kunzle cakes, and it’s good to know I’m not the only one who has fond memories of the showboats. We used to buy them on holiday in Wales or the Lake District when I was a child and we always looked forward to eating them after a picnic. I wish you could still buy them as there is nothing quite like them and no other cake has yet matched up to them

My husband and I both have very appy memories of the days when we could buy ‘Kunzle Cakes’. No mass produced cakes today begin to compare with ‘Kunzle’. They looked wonderful and tasted delicious. Why or why can’t someone start making these again? It is for sure that they would be a huge success with the public. PLEASE bring tese superb cakes back again.
